These dishes are not the usual Asian interpretations but are food crafted by Nik Biok, Head Chef. Nik grew up at Bondi Beach and has travelled extensively in South East Asia, spending several years living there during his childhood. His commitment to sourcing authentic produce and using it in new and exciting ways makes North of Bondi the destination for anyone who ever dipped their toes in the surf.

20+ years of experience working in kitchens from Sydney to London and Canada to Scotland has equipped our chef/proprietor with the knowledge and skills to enable us to offer our customers a unique dining experience in Glasgow.
